You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native neobank, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards of financial systems.
Working with distributed teams, you will align engineering, compliance, and operations to ship trusted financial products including payments, insurance, and wealth management tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
