KIRA is expanding its financial platform into an AI-native Neobank Superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, and wealth management. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a specific product vertical, balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy rules into product features
- Apply AI where it improves outcomes with clear safeguards and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers to review and challenge technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
