KIRA is building an AI-native neobank superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a product vertical, balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and user experience to deliver reliable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering teams on APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory requirements
- Integrate regulatory needs like KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy
- Apply AI where it improves outcomes with clear safeguards and oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including evaluation and reliability
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
