KIRA is expanding its financial services platform to include spending, saving, and investing through an AI-native Neobank Superapp. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a specific product vertical, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver secure financial products. The role demands a balance of technical depth and product judgment to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and third-party dependencies.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements such as KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
