KIRA is expanding its financial platform into an AI-native Neobank Superapp covering payments, insurance, and wealth management. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a specific product vertical, balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, and security
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, privacy, and licensing requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs
- Experience in regulated fintech domains like payments or banking
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
