BJAK is expanding beyond insurance to build an AI-native stockbroking superapp covering payments, wealth, and trading. This role leads a product vertical from strategy to launch, ensuring reliability and regulatory adherence in high-consequence financial systems.
You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver trusted products where AI enhances outcomes without compromising safety or auditability.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and finance teams on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineering teams
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
