You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native stockbroking platform, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict regulatory compliance and financial reliability in a distributed environment.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, and Finance for smooth launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or other regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building LLM or AI products with focus on reliability
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
