You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native stockbroking platform, balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and user experience. The position requires making critical trade-offs between speed, correctness, and reliability while integrating AI where it genuinely adds value.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will ensure products are auditable and trusted. The team operates globally, focusing on building next-generation financial applications that help users manage their money effectively.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, trading, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Strong judgment for making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation methods
- Fluent English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
