You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI-driven financial platform, covering payments, trading, and wealth management. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial products.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering on API design, data flows, and scalability
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI features with clear safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, insurance, or trading
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation methods
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
