You will lead a product vertical for BJAK's AI-driven financial superapp, covering payments, trading, and wealth management. This position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to deliver reliable financial products.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance for launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, insurance, or trading
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation methods
Nice to have
- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Background in defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
