KIRA is expanding its financial platform beyond insurance into spending, saving, and trading with an AI-native approach. As a Technical Product Lead, you will own a product vertical, balancing AI innovation with the reliability required for moving real money. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver trusted financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs and reviews
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
