KIRA is expanding its financial platform to include trading, investing, and payments across Southeast Asia. As a Technical Product Lead, you will manage a product vertical where reliability and regulatory compliance are critical. You will balance AI integration with deterministic systems to ensure trusted financial outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on API design, data flows, and scalability
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI features with clear safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Finance for successful launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or other regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
