You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery. The position requires balancing innovation with strict regulatory compliance and system reliability in payments, trading, and insurance.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, security, and scalability
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI features with clear safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Finance for successful launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or trading
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Proven experience building products with LLMs or AI technologies
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in engineering or highly technical product roles
- Experience launching zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered tools
