You will lead a product vertical for an AI-native financial platform, balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and user trust. The position requires deep collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver reliable money-moving products.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, trading, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
