You will drive the development of financial products where correctness and compliance are critical. Working with engineering and compliance teams, you will define roadmaps, shape system architecture, and ensure reliable money movement while integrating AI features responsibly.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Collaborate with engineering on system boundaries and money-movement correctness
- Make trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and user experience
- Treat regulatory constraints like KYC and data residency as core product inputs
- Define safe AI usage patterns with human-in-the-loop safeguards
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, datastores, and failure modes
- Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation metrics
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical PM
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Prior experience in the Southeast Asia market
