You will manage a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to technical system design. The work focuses on moving real money securely, balancing AI capabilities with deterministic controls, and navigating strict regulatory constraints.
Collaboration with engineering, compliance, and operations is essential to ensure correctness, reliability, and trust in financial transactions. You will define acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and make trade-offs between speed, cost, and safety.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
- Define crisp acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog by value and risk
- Shape technical design regarding system boundaries and data consistency
- Ensure money-movement correctness through idempotency and reconciliation
- Treat licensing, KYC, and data privacy as primary product inputs
- Define AI decision boundaries and evaluation methods for reliability
- Coordinate with Engineering, Compliance, Ops, and Finance teams
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, queues, and failure modes
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents effectively
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks
- Understanding of hallucination risks and when to exclude models
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical product manager
- Experience building zero-to-one consumer products
- Track record of shipping AI-heavy applications
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Prior experience in the Southeast Asia market
