You will manage a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to technical system design. The work focuses on high-consequence financial features where correctness, compliance, and reliability are critical constraints. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to ship secure, AI-enhanced financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and backlog prioritization
- Collaborate with engineering on system boundaries, ledgering, and failure paths
- Make trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and user experience
- Treat licensing, KYC, and data privacy as primary product inputs and constraints
- Define safe AI usage limits ensuring human oversight and auditable outcomes
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury to clear regulatory gates
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, datastores, and concurrency
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents and architecture sketches
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical product manager
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for machine learning or LLM systems
- Prior experience in the Southeast Asia market
