You will own a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to technical design and system delivery. The role requires balancing business outcomes with strict regulatory constraints and technical correctness in a high-stakes financial environment.
Working with global teams, you will define how AI and deterministic systems interact to ensure reliable, auditable, and trusted money movement. You will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and operations to ship features that meet both user needs and regulatory gates.
What you'll do
- Own a product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and backlog prioritization
- Collaborate with engineering on system boundaries, ledgering, and failure paths
- Make trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and user experience
- Treat licensing, KYC, and data privacy as core product inputs and launch gates
- Define AI usage limits, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance to clear external gates
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, datastores, and concurrency
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents effectively
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical product manager
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for machine learning or LLM systems
- Prior experience in the Southeast Asia market
