You will define product strategy and drive execution for an AI claims agent that helps consumers recover funds from corporate violations. This position requires balancing hands-on product definition with delivery management across engineering, legal, and design teams.
The company operates in a fast-paced, early-stage setting, challenging established systems through technology. You will manage backlogs, write technical specs, and ensure successful launches while maintaining alignment across multiple workstreams.
What you'll do
- Own product areas end-to-end, including problem definition and prioritization
- Design AI elements such as prompts, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop reviews
- Write detailed technical specs covering data models, edge cases, and UI suggestions
- Track success metrics post-launch using basic data analysis and SQL
- Manage delivery timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness across teams
- Maintain organized backlogs in Linear and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Execute launch plans and integrate learnings into future iterations
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management with experience owning technical surfaces
- Proven track record of shipping software end-to-end in startup environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and self-directing in fast-moving settings
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Linear, Airtable, or Notion
- Ability to read API specs and discuss system architecture with engineers
- Experience with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries like legal, healthcare, or finance
- Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis
