You will own projects end-to-end, from defining technical requirements to collaborating with engineering on execution. The team focuses on empowering users to make high-impact decisions through accurate digital economy insights.
Your work includes integrating services, defining data contracts, and ensuring metric explainability for enterprise clients. You will partner with data science to validate model outputs and drive product roadmaps.
What you'll do
- Interview customers and analyze feedback to identify user needs
- Propose new features and enhancements to solve user problems
- Secure buy-in from Product, Engineering, Data Science and Business teams
- Develop detailed technical requirements for new data products
- Partner with Data Science to define estimation methodologies
- Validate model outputs against ground truth for accuracy
- Ensure metric explainability for enterprise client understanding
- Collaborate daily with Engineering during feature development
- Communicate release details to Marketing, Accounts and Success teams
What you'll need
- 7-8 years of professional experience in data or SaaS roles
- Background in mobile, F2P gaming, or financial modeling preferred
- Experience using AI in daily operations or shipping AI-native products
- Familiarity with BI tools like Snowflake, AWS, Databricks or Tableau
- Comfortable making complex SQL queries against analytics data
- College degree in Business or Computer Science required
- Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory
Nice to have
- Experience at a SaaS startup
- Background in AdTech dashboards
- Experience defining data contracts
- History of categorizing unstructured data with AI
