You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict regulatory compliance and financial reliability, ensuring systems are auditable and trusted.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will define roadmaps and drive technical decisions. The focus is on building products where AI genuinely improves outcomes while maintaining deterministic control over critical financial processes.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on product goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management for complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Fluent English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM-powered products
