You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth management. This position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for handling real money.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end from strategy to launch
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, and security
- Balance correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, monitoring, and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards and human oversight
- Manage dependencies with regulators and third parties
- Align engineering, compliance, and operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years in product management for technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers
- Background in payments, banking, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
