You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict regulatory compliance and financial reliability, ensuring products are auditable and trusted while moving real money.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end from strategy and roadmap to delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering teams on APIs and data flows
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under regulatory and operational constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
