You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict regulatory compliance and financial reliability, ensuring systems are auditable and trusted while moving real money.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end from strategy and roadmap to delivery
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, and security
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight and clear evaluation
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, compliance, and operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking or insurance
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
