You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for handling real money.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will define strategy, shape technical architecture, and ensure successful launches. The team operates globally, prioritizing clear communication and effective collaboration across time zones.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end from strategy to launch
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, and security
- Balance trade-offs between speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and privacy
- Apply AI with safeguards and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including financial rails
- Align cross-functional teams on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers
- Background in regulated fintech or banking domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech products
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
