You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict regulatory compliance and financial reliability, ensuring systems are auditable and trusted while moving real money.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end from strategy and roadmap to delivery
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between speed, cost, reliability, and compliance
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
