You will own a product vertical within BJAK's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict regulatory compliance, reliability, and financial accuracy.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will define roadmaps, shape technical architecture, and ensure products meet high standards for security and trust. This is a key role for someone who understands both distributed systems and fintech constraints.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and scalability
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Treasury
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
