KIRA is expanding its financial platform beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on building AI-enabled tools that help users manage money with reliability and self-reliance.
You will own a product vertical end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, compliance, and operations to ship features that balance speed, cost, and strict regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical outcomes, metrics, and prioritized backlogs
- Collaborate with engineering on system boundaries and data consistency
- Define AI decision limits, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop rules
- Treat regulatory constraints like KYC and data residency as core inputs
- Make trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and user experience
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Design teams
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, queues, and failure modes
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to read and challenge technical design documents
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical PM
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market
