You will own a product vertical end-to-end, managing outcomes, metrics, and backlogs prioritized by value and risk. Working closely with engineering, you will shape technical designs for money movement, ensuring idempotency, reconciliation, and security while navigating regulatory constraints.
The role requires making trade-offs between speed, cost, and reliability, and defining how AI interacts with user data. You will collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury to ship features that meet external partner and regulatory gates.
What you'll do
- Own vertical outcomes, metrics, and backlog prioritization
- Shape technical design for system boundaries and money movement
- Ensure correctness in ledgering, reconciliation, and refunds
- Treat regulatory constraints like KYC as primary product inputs
- Define AI decision boundaries and human-in-the-loop protocols
- Ship features behind flags pending partner and regulatory approval
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Ops
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products
- Strong judgment and decisiveness under ambiguity
- Solid system design knowledge including APIs and datastores
- Ability to review and challenge technical design documents
- Experience in regulated domains like payments or banking
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and eval metrics
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical PM background
- Experience building zero-to-one products
- Shipped AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market
