You will own a product vertical end-to-end, shaping technical design alongside engineering teams while managing regulatory constraints. The focus is on building reliable money-movement systems and trustworthy AI features that enhance financial self-reliance for users in Asia and beyond.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical outcomes, metrics, and prioritized backlogs
- Collaborate with engineering on system boundaries and data consistency
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and user experience
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and data residency into product plans
- Define AI decision boundaries and evaluation methods for reliability
- Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury for successful launches
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs and failure modes
- Experience in regulated domains such as payments or banking
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation metrics
- Ability to make decisive judgments under ambiguity
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical PM
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market
