You will own a product vertical within KIRA's AI Finance Superapp, covering areas like payments, insurance, and wealth. The position requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for handling real money.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage launches involving regulatory approvals and third-party financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Ability to review, challenge, and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Proven judgment in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation methods
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering background or highly technical product experience
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Background in defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
