KIRA is expanding its leading insurance platform into a comprehensive finance superapp covering payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical, balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory demands of handling real money.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to shape technical designs, manage third-party dependencies, and ensure products are auditable and trusted. The role requires deep technical understanding and experience in regulated fintech domains.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC, monitoring, and privacy
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, or trading
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
