You will own a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to technical design and launch. The team builds an AI-native investing platform handling real money, requiring strict adherence to regulatory standards and reliability.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, and security
- Balance correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, monitoring, and privacy requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight
- Manage dependencies like regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years managing complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture and APIs
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers
- Background in payments, banking, or insurance
- Ability to make trade-offs under constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical background
- Zero-to-one fintech product experience
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
