You will own a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and metrics to technical design and launch. The role requires balancing AI innovation with the reliability and regulatory rigor needed for products that move real money.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will shape APIs, data flows, and security while ensuring AI features are auditable and trusted. This position is ideal for someone who can navigate complex financial rails and make difficult trade-offs under uncertainty.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and scalability
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC, privacy, and licensing
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
