You will own a product vertical for BJAK's AI Investing Superapp, managing strategy, roadmap, and delivery. The position requires balancing AI innovation with strict reliability, regulatory compliance, and financial correctness in payments, insurance, and trading.
Working with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will shape technical designs and drive trade-offs across speed, cost, and user experience. The goal is to build trusted, auditable products that handle real money securely while leveraging AI where it genuinely improves outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
- Shape technical design with engineering on APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background

- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
