You will drive the development of financial products involving payments, remittance, insurance, and trading. This position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable and trusted systems.
What you'll do
- Own product verticals including strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security with engineers
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with safeguards, evaluation, and human oversight where appropriate
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineering teams
- Experience in regulated domains like payments, banking, or insurance
- Judgment to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
