You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical designs for APIs, data flows, and ledgering. The focus is on building reliable, auditable financial products where AI enhances outcomes without compromising safety or regulatory standards.
This position requires navigating complex trade-offs between speed, cost, and correctness while aligning engineering, compliance, and operations teams. You will ensure money movements are accurate and user trust is maintained across payments, insurance, and wealth management features.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies including regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
