You will own a product vertical for BJAK's AI Investing Superapp, managing strategy, roadmap, and delivery. The position requires balancing technical design with regulatory compliance and reliability in a fintech environment handling real money.
Working with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will define where AI adds value while ensuring deterministic systems remain secure and auditable. The role demands strong judgment in trade-offs between speed, cost, and correctness.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, and roadmap
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
