You will own a product vertical end-to-end, driving strategy, metrics, and delivery for an AI-native investing platform. The role requires balancing technical design with regulatory compliance, ensuring reliability and trust in financial transactions.
Working with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will shape APIs, data flows, and AI integration. The focus is on building auditable, secure products that handle real money across payments, insurance, and wealth management.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and scalability
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy into product features
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation metrics
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
