You will own a product vertical from strategy through launch, shaping technical designs with engineering teams across APIs, data flows, and security. The role requires balancing AI capabilities with deterministic systems to ensure reliability, auditability, and regulatory compliance in high-consequence financial environments.
Working with a global team, you will drive trade-offs between speed, cost, and correctness while aligning Engineering, Compliance, and Operations. The focus is on building trusted products where money movement is accurate and AI features provide genuine, predictable value.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC, monitoring, and privacy
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
