KIRA is expanding its financial platform beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing across Southeast Asia. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical, balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory requirements of moving real money.
You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and design teams to build trusted, auditable products. The role requires strong technical judgment to determine where AI adds value and where deterministic systems must remain in control.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, and scalability
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align engineering, compliance, and operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, or regulated fintech domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
