KIRA is expanding its financial platform beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Technical Product Manager, you will define strategy and drive delivery for complex fintech products where reliability and regulatory compliance are critical. You will collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to build trusted, AI-enhanced financial tools.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, metrics, and delivery end-to-end
- Shape technical design regarding APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Finance for launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
