KIRA is expanding its financial ecosystem beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing across Southeast Asia. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a product vertical, balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability required for handling real money and regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to build trusted, auditable products. The role demands deep technical understanding of system architecture and financial rails, ensuring AI is applied only where it genuinely improves outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design covering APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight mechanisms
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, compliance, and operations around product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, databases, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
