KIRA is expanding its financial ecosystem beyond insurance to include spending, saving, and investing tools for users in Asia. As a Technical Product Manager, you will own a specific product vertical, guiding it from strategy through technical design to launch. You will work at the intersection of engineering, compliance, and user experience, ensuring that AI integration enhances reliability rather than compromising it.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, metrics, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI features with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and third-party partners
- Align cross-functional teams including Compliance, Operations, and Finance
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working closely with engineers on technical design reviews
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated fintech
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability and evaluation
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
