You will own a product vertical for KIRA's AI investing superapp, managing strategy, technical design, and delivery. The role requires balancing AI innovation with the strict reliability and regulatory standards necessary for financial products handling real money.
Working with engineering, compliance, and operations, you will define roadmaps and ensure safe, auditable outcomes. The position is fully remote and demands strong English communication skills for collaboration across international time zones.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, metrics, roadmap and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering on APIs, data flows and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost and regulatory requirements
- Integrate regulatory needs like KYC, transaction monitoring and privacy
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs and distributed systems
- Experience working closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance or other regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
