You will drive the development of financial products that handle real money, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance. The position requires balancing technical design, AI integration, and business outcomes while collaborating with engineering, compliance, and operations teams across different time zones.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities, and delivery metrics
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows, ledgering, and security
- Balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and regulations
- Integrate KYC, transaction monitoring, and privacy requirements into products
- Apply AI with safeguards, human oversight, and clear evaluation methods
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals and financial rails
- Align engineering, design, compliance, and operations on launch goals
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Ability to review and contribute to technical designs with engineers
- Experience in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Skill in making trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI, including reliability assessment
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
