You will drive the development of financial products involving payments, remittance, insurance, and trading. The position requires balancing technical design, regulatory compliance, and AI integration to build reliable and trusted systems.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical strategy, roadmap, priorities and delivery
- Shape technical design for APIs, data flows and scalability
- Balance correctness, speed, cost and regulatory needs
- Integrate KYC, privacy and licensing requirements
- Apply AI with safeguards and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies like regulatory approvals
- Align engineering, compliance and operations teams
What you'll need
- 5+ years managing complex technical products
- Strong grasp of system architecture and APIs
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers
- Background in regulated fintech or banking
- Ability to make trade-offs under constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical background
- Zero-to-one fintech product experience
- Defining evaluation frameworks for ML products
