KIRA is expanding its financial platform beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Technical Product Manager, you will define strategy and technical design for products that handle real money, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI where it adds genuine value.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design with engineering on APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, and regulatory needs
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on product decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong technical foundation in system architecture, APIs, and databases
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Engineering or highly technical product background
- Experience building zero-to-one fintech or consumer products
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for ML or LLM products
