You will define strategy, metrics, and roadmaps for a specific product vertical while shaping technical designs with engineering teams. The position requires balancing AI integration with deterministic systems to ensure reliability, regulatory compliance, and user trust in financial transactions.
What you'll do
- Own product vertical end-to-end including strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Shape technical design across APIs, data flows, and security
- Drive trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and reliability
- Integrate regulatory requirements like KYC and transaction monitoring
- Apply AI with clear evaluation, safeguards, and human oversight
- Manage external dependencies such as regulatory approvals and partners
- Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations on decisions
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products
- Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers on technical designs
- Background in payments, banking, insurance, trading, or regulated domains
- Ability to make trade-offs under technical and regulatory constraints
- Experience building with LLMs or AI products including reliability checks
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Engineering or highly technical product background
