KIRA is expanding its financial services platform in Southeast Asia to include investing, saving, and spending tools powered by AI. As a Technical Product Manager, you will define product strategy, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering, compliance, and operations to ship reliable financial features. You will balance technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and user experience to build trusted money management tools.
What you'll do
- Own product verticals end-to-end, including metrics, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering on system design, data consistency, and failure recovery paths.
- Make trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, and UX while defending decisions to stakeholders.
- Integrate regulated constraints like KYC, sanctions screening, and data privacy into product requirements.
- Define AI decision boundaries, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop protocols.
- Coordinate feature releases with external partners and regulatory gates.
What you'll need
- Significant experience owning complex technical products end-to-end.
- Strong system design knowledge including APIs, datastores, and concurrency.
- Ability to read, review, and challenge technical design documents.
- Experience in regulated domains such as payments, banking, or insurance.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based products and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Background as an engineer or highly technical product manager.
- Experience shipping zero-to-one AI-heavy consumer products.
- Defined evaluation metrics for ML or LLM systems.
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market.
